TL&LC Honored as Beneficiary of Upcoming Highlands Rotary Bingo Night

The Literacy & Learning Center (TL&LC) is honored to partner with the Highlands Rotary Club as the featured nonprofit beneficiary for the upcoming Bingo Night on Thursday, September 10. This beloved community tradition brings neighbors together for a fun-filled evening while directly supporting free educational and literacy programs serving children and adults across Macon County.
"We are deeply grateful to the Highlands Rotary Club for choosing TL&LC as the beneficiary for September's Bingo Night," said Bonnie Potts, Executive Director at TL&LC. "The proceeds from this event directly support our efforts to provide essential literacy services, including the Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, Pre-K, After-School, Individual Tutoring, Adult Education, ESL, and Citizenship Classes.”

The Highlands Rotary Club's monthly Bingo series offers community members of all ages a great way to enjoy a lively evening out while giving back to local organizations that make a difference in and around Highlands.
Whether you are a seasoned bingo player or joining for the first time, TL&LC encourages everyone in the community to mark their calendars, grab some food and drink, and come out for a fun night of games! Every card played helps empower individuals of all ages through the gift of literacy.
